Yes. Each Pet Scoop™ includes five complimentary rolls of waste bags, so you can start using it straight out of the box.
Can I use normal waste bags?
Yes. Compatible small waste bags, such as standard dog-waste bags, can also be used once your included rolls run out.
Does it work with different types of cat litter?
Pet Scoop™ is designed to sift several common types of litter, including clay, bentonite, tofu, pine and crystal litter. Effectiveness can vary with granule size and clumping characteristics.
How do I clean Pet Scoop™?
Rinse the scoop and collection bin with water and mild detergent, then allow them to dry before fitting a new bag.
Do I need to empty the bin after every scoop?
No. The collection bin can hold waste from multiple scoops, depending on how much is collected. When it's full or you've finished cleaning, tie off the bag and throw it away.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. If a replacement or refund is appropriate, no return shipping is required.
